P.E Fitness Testing

In 9DR this week we have started our final lot of fitness testing for the Term. Fitness testing is designed to track our fitness at the start and end of the Term to see if we’ve improved. It involves a range of tests including a sit and reach, standing broad jumps, vertical jumps and of course the beep test. Here are some pictures from our Tuesday P.E session.
