Many sports have been going on during Term 1, including cricket, volleyball, futsal and more. Winter sports are very close to getting started up and some such as basketball have already had trials for junior boys. I was lucky enough to get a few snaps of our teams during training and games.
The two school cricket teams have been playing in the sun every Saturday and below are a few snaps of our teams in action, including a healthy bunch of Year 10's. I even had the honor of playing in a game for our school first XI against the visiting Wanderers Cricket Club on a sunny mid-week afternoon.
Keep an eye and ear out for school notices about when winter sports are starting up, as the information is often available and the students need to regularly check what meetings may be on around school.
